Services
Individuals (15 years old and older)
It’s a stressful world we live in. We’ve seen some difficult change over these last years and it’s been a lot, hasn’t it? Uncertain future, fear, grief, anger, frustration; these are all things we are experiencing every day as we navigate our lives. We all feel the pressure from family, work, school, our fractured society. Working through these things alone is tough going. But you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help.
My therapeutic approach is straight forward, solution focused and based on the understanding of the power our minds have to make meaningful, lasting and real change in our lives. My training in CBT, DBT and Neuropsychotherapy provide an evidence-based roadmap for development of mental and emotional management and problem solving skills that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. Let’s get to work.

Couples / Relationship
We are unique in the animal kingdom in our need to form long term, intimate partnerships. Even in the best circumstances, this is a complicated endeavor.
The world we live in and our respective upbringing influence our reactions and behaviors when interacting with others, and especially so in our intimate relationships. When we are struggling in this, it can feel like we have no place of refuge in our life.
Yet when we begin living in relational health, our relationship becomes a safe harbor. Let me help you create your safe harbor.
I trained with Terry Real and am a Certified Relational LIfe Therapist.

Therapeutic Style
What kind of therapist do you want?
An important question. According to the American Psychological Association, mental health therapy can "help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” That seems pretty straight forward, doesn't it?
One might then ask, how do we do that? That's where our work together begins. The answer to that question is unique to each of us. My job, in part, is to work with you to find that unique answer. I utilize clarity, intentionality and a direct, transparent solutions focus to help you come to those answers.
