Services

Individuals (15 years old and older)
Do you believe your mind has the power to make you unhappy? If you do, does it not also make sense that it has the power to do the opposite? My practice is influenced by my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Couples / Relationship
We are unique in the animal kingdom in our need to form long term, intimate partnerships. Even in the best circumstances, this is a complicated endeavor.
The world we live in and our respective upbringing influence our reactions and behaviors when interacting with others, and especially so in our intimate relationships. When we are struggling in this, it can feel like we have no place of refuge in our life.
Yet when we begin living in relational health, our relationship becomes a safe harbor. Let me help you create your safe harbor.

Emotional Support Animal Letters
I do not write, sign or provide Emotional Support Animal Letters.

Therapeutic Style
What kind of therapist do you want?
An important question. According to the American Psychological Association, mental health therapy can "help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” That seems pretty straight forward, doesn't it?
One might then ask, how do we do that? That's where our work together begins. The answer to that question is unique to each of us. My job, in part, is to work with you to find that unique answer.
